Returns

Shopping online can be difficult, especially for safety items such as riding gear and mechanical products. For this reason, we offer a simple return policy.

If you are not satisfied or change your mind after a purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of the receiving your goods. All returned items must be in unused and original condition. This applies to packaging and tags also.

Once we receive the item and are satisfied with the condition, we can offer an exchange, refund or credit. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To begin the return process, please contact us at: info@highside.com.au with your original invoice and reason for return. Please refrain from sending your item back to us without contacting us first. Our friendly staff will get back to you with you with further instructions.

Warranty claims for faulty Items

We strive to sell quality products but even the best brands may have some faulty items that slip through to the end consumer. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at info@highside.com.au to let us understand the issue. 

When writing to us, please be as clear as possible about what the issue is. Photos should be sent to assist where applicable. Once deemed faulty, we will cover the return cost. Our products have different warranty periods and faulty items will only be accepted during these time frames. If you are unsure if your item is within the warranty period, get in touch with our team. 

When we receive a faulty item, we may need to consult with the brand distributor in Australia and wait for feedback. Occasionally we will do this as we do not have the technology to test the items ourselves. It may involve shipping your item back to the distributor warehouse. We process refunds/exchanges for faulty items within 48 hours of receiving but it may take longer if we need to send it back to the distributor for testing. We will keep you updated throughout this process.
